Acquisition Reversals: Returns & Cancellations

Acquiring a hand-knotted heritage carpet is a significant capital allocation. We want you to be absolutely certain the piece anchors your architectural space perfectly. However, if the physical reality does not align with your vision, we handle reversals with strict, transparent logistics.

Cancellations Before Dispatch If you change your mind before the piece leaves our logistics facility, we will cancel the order immediately. The capital is refunded in full to your original payment method, no questions asked. Once the asset is in the hands of our global freight partners, it can no longer be canceled; it must be processed as a return.

The 14-Day Evaluation Window You have exactly 14 days from the moment of delivery to evaluate the piece in your space.

Condition of the Asset We do not deal in fast fashion; these are certified pieces of art. To qualify for a full refund, the rug must be returned in absolute, pristine condition. It cannot show signs of heavy foot traffic, spills, pet damage, or environmental wear. If the piece is compromised, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a heavy restoration fee.

Return Logistics High-ticket, heavy physical assets require specialized freight. We will coordinate the return shipping for you using our insured logistics network. However, the cost of return freight will be deducted from your final refund. We do not offer “free returns” because we refuse to bake fake, inflated shipping margins into the upfront cost of our rugs. You pay for the exact value of the asset and the exact cost of moving it.
